CURRENT SHIPPING PROMOTION

Enjoy free shipping on orders over £100/€100/$100 with all duties and taxes included in the final price.

We use DHL delivery services for all our shipments for both the UK and International. Our next day service costs £7.95 to the UK. To receive your item(s) the next day, please place your order by midday, Monday to Thursday. Orders placed on Friday for next day delivery will arrive the following Monday. COLLECTION

Collection is available from our London showroom in Clerkenwell. Please contact us by email [email protected] or call +44 020 7253 6931 if you wish to collect your order.

UK CUSTOMERS

All orders to the UK are shipped on a next day service.

  • Next Day - £7.95 (Order by Midday, Monday - Thursday to receive in the following day)
  • Same day shipment for London is available upon request
  • Weekend delivery is also available upon request

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

We offer few delivery options for international orders depending on your region. Prices are indicated on checkout:

  • Standard - (2-3 days)
  • Next day - (Order by Midday, Monday - Thursday to receive in the following day*)
  • Worldwide Express - (2-4 days to Japan and Canada, 3-5 days to Australia)

All products are shipped on a Delivery Duty Paid basis, which means that all import taxes and duties are included in the final purchase price. Please verify our shipping destinations below. If your delivery address is not included in the current shipping destinations, please get in touch with us to arrange a dedicated delivery service. FREE SHIPPING

From time to time we offer free shipping offers. To be kept up to date and find out when these offers are valid please sign up to our newsletter. When free shipping is applicable, the promotional code can be applied at Checkout.  

RETURNS

We return full price and sale items from our online store and showroom within 14 days of purchase. You can return your order by contacting our customer care team at [email protected]. A member of our team will assist you with our easy return process. 

You are entitled to return your order within 14 days after receiving the delivery (return must be shipped by day 14). The package may be opened upon receipt but all items returned must be unused (in the same condition received). All original packaging must also be returned unused. Items returned after 14 days of receiving the delivery will not be accepted. Please make sure all returned products are unworn, unwashed, and neatly folded in the original packaging including all designer tags. If you fail to do so, we will not accept your return. Please note we do not refund shipping fees. The cost of return will be informed by our customer care team and will be deducted from your refund. Please note we do not accept returns on pierced earrings. 

Before your parcel leaves our warehouse, it is fully checked and controlled by our team. If you receive an item which is damaged, please contact us immediately. Upon receipt of an order, if any item has been delivered with no tags, you should notify us by email on the same day. We strongly advise all customers to check garments thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging. Where provided, any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags and leather tags should be included in your return. Footwear should be returned unmarked and in its original and undamaged packaging as this is considered part of the product.

EXCHANGES

If you wish to exchange to a different style, size or color, please contact us at [email protected]. You also have the option to return your unwanted item and place a new order for the desired product. We will refund your returned item once we have received it back.
