Contract Type
This is a full-time position, with the possibility to start as part-time.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out daily store operations.
- Manage orders, inventory, and daily logistics.
- Oversee in-store visual merchandise to ensure standards are met and maintained.
- Handle selective administrative tasks.
- Assist with product launches and photoshoots.
- Support PR and press requests.
- Assist in the implementation of new services, features, and troubleshooting.
- Manage the product online catalogue.
- Provide client care services to ensure the highest level of customer experience.
- Optimize processes for delivery, exchanges, and special requests.
- Plan and execute promotional activities and events.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and initiatives.

Profile
- Interest in fashion, design, and retail operations.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail or retail operations, preferably within a luxury or high-end fashion context.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy in inventory and efficiency in daily operations.
- A proactive and innovative approach to improving store processes and customer experiences.
- University degree (e.g., bachelor's) in a related field of fashion, design or management is a plus.
- Proficiency with digital tools. Agility with Excel and visual tools such as Adobe is a plus.
- Strong communication skills to liaise effectively and interact with clients in a sophisticated manner.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
