Contract Type

This is a full-time position, with the possibility to start as part-time.

Key Responsibilities

    1. Store Operations

    • Carry out daily store operations.
    • Manage orders, inventory, and daily logistics.
    • Oversee in-store visual merchandise to ensure standards are met and maintained.
    • Handle selective administrative tasks.

    2. Product Management and Releases

    • Assist with product launches and photoshoots.
    • Support PR and press requests.

    3. Digital Platform

    • Assist in the implementation of new services, features, and troubleshooting.
    • Manage the product online catalogue.

    4. Client Care

    • Provide client care services to ensure the highest level of customer experience.
    • Optimize processes for delivery, exchanges, and special requests.

    5. Marketing and Promotions

    • Plan and execute promotional activities and events.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and initiatives.

Profile

  • Interest in fashion, design, and retail operations.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in retail or retail operations, preferably within a luxury or high-end fashion context.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy in inventory and efficiency in daily operations.
  • A proactive and innovative approach to improving store processes and customer experiences.
  • University degree (e.g., bachelor's) in a related field of fashion, design or management is a plus.
  • Proficiency with digital tools. Agility with Excel and visual tools such as Adobe is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills to liaise effectively and interact with clients in a sophisticated manner.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
