TOGA Archives is a Tokyo-based label that was founded by designer Yasuko Furuta in 1997 to provide an accessible take on the Avant Garde. This glossy pleated midi skirt shows off a delicately constructed A-line silhouette with a statement cut out to one side. This cut out makes a playful-come-elegant statement - choose to wear your leg within or outside of the skirt’s main silhouette.
